Black Noise (Inhibited) investigates the perception of sound in everyday life, questioning our innate instinct beyond basic sensory. It comprises an enclosed system of air circulation between two chambers, driven by two air compressors. Such compressors are typically found in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, where they generate the white noise associated with the compression of air through pipes and ducts. Due to the high degree of confinement of the medium (air) in these vacuum chambers, it prohibits sound from transmitting, fabricating a state of black noise.
